Refund policy

Returns: We want you to be happy with your order and pleased to use your Maegan Jeanette product for years to come! We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each product in its listing. If the item arrives as described in the listing but isn’t what you want, we gladly accept returns.

For any return requests, please contact us within 5 days of item delivery. Products must be post marked within 2 days of return approval. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The returned item must be in its original condition without any signs of use. Please include the original tags and packaging with the returned item. Items will be inspected upon return. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please be patient as this process takes time.

Working with reclaimed materials has it’s challenges and is therefore unpredictable. Many of the materials may contain markings and signs from previous use. I do my best to repair and work around these as much as possible but please inspect your items photos prior to purchase and upon receipt. Material flaws from previous use do not qualify the product as damaged. If your item arrives and is somehow structurally damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

If something structurally happens to your product after using, please contact us. We will do our best to make solve your issue in an appropriate way.
